We shoot the exterior as usual, then edit the snow out by hand: the lawn, roof lines, driveway and walkway, while keeping the house itself unchanged.
We recommend keeping at least one unedited exterior in the gallery and labeling edited photos, so buyers know what to expect at the showing.

Can you remove snow from listing photos?
Yes. We replace snow on lawns, roofs and walkways with a natural spring look, edited by hand on each exterior photo.
Should snow-removed photos be labeled?
We recommend it. Label edited exteriors and keep an original in the gallery so the photos stay honest marketing.
Can I add snow removal after my shoot?
Yes. Order it from your gallery in the customer portal after delivery.
