Drone real estate photography and aerial video

Aerials show what ground photos can’t: the lot, the setting, the water, the distance to town. Our pilot is FAA Part 107 licensed and we are insured for commercial flights in New Jersey and New York City.

North Jersey and NYC have some of the most complex airspace in the country, so we check every address before confirming aerials and tell you up front if a flight isn’t possible — you’re not charged for drone that doesn’t fly.

New Jersey airspace, address by address

Newark Liberty’s Class B airspace covers much of Essex, Union and Hudson counties, and Teterboro and Morristown add controlled airspace further north and west. Morris, Middlesex and Monmouth listings are usually easier to fly. We check the FAA facility map for each address and request authorization when needed.

Drones in New York City

Any drone takeoff or landing in the five boroughs requires an NYPD permit, applied for at least 30 days in advance, on top of FAA authorization. That makes NYC aerials a scheduled product — tell us early if your Manhattan, Brooklyn or Staten Island listing needs them.

Questions agents ask

Is your drone pilot licensed?

Yes — FAA Part 107 licensed and insured for commercial real estate work.

What if my address can’t be flown?

We check before confirming. If an address can’t be authorized, we tell you at booking and you aren’t charged for drone.

How many aerial photos will I get?

Up to 12 stills. The count is a maximum, not a guarantee — it depends on the property, airspace and flight conditions.

Can you fly in Manhattan or Brooklyn?

With an NYPD permit (at least 30 days’ notice) and FAA authorization. We’ll tell you whether the address is feasible.
