Real estate photography in New York City

In New York City we shoot for agents in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten Island — co-ops and condos with building logistics, brownstones and rowhouses, and the detached homes of southern Brooklyn and Staten Island.

Building access rules and the city’s drone permit both affect how a shoot is planned. Each borough page below covers what matters there.

Drone and airspace in New York City

NYC requires an NYPD permit for any drone takeoff or landing in the five boroughs, applied for at least 30 days ahead, on top of FAA airspace authorization. We plan NYC aerials as a scheduled product — ask early if your listing needs them.
