What Union County listings need
Smaller single-family homes sell on light and flow: we shoot wide-but-honest angles, keep verticals straight, and include the yard and driveway — buyers here ask about parking before almost anything else.
For multi-family in Elizabeth we separate each unit into its own labeled set and recommend a 2D floor plan per level.
Drone and airspace in Elizabeth & Union
Elizabeth sits directly under Newark Liberty’s approach paths, so aerials there are authorization-dependent and sometimes not possible. Further west — Union, Kenilworth, Cranford — airspace is often easier, but we still check every address before confirming.

Can you fly a drone in Elizabeth?
Elizabeth is close to Newark Liberty, so many addresses need FAA authorization and some can’t be flown. We check before booking and only charge for drone if the flight happens.
