How we shoot Newark multi-family and condos

Drone and airspace in Newark
Most of Newark sits inside Newark Liberty’s Class B airspace. Before we confirm aerials we check the exact address against the FAA facility map and request LAANC authorization; some blocks close to the airport cannot be flown at all.
If a property can’t be flown, we tell you at booking — not after the shoot — and you are not charged for drone.

Can you fly a drone at my Newark listing?
Often, but not always. Much of Newark is controlled airspace around Newark Liberty, so we check the address and request FAA LAANC authorization before confirming. If the address can’t be cleared, we let you know at booking and drone is not charged.
