Real estate photography for Manhattan co-ops and condos

Manhattan listings come with logistics most markets don’t: managing-agent approval, service-elevator windows and doormen who need a name in advance. Put the building’s rules in your booking notes and we plan the shoot around them.

Apartments here are compared side by side on square footage and layout, so a clean 2D floor plan is close to mandatory — and the photos have to show light and views without exaggerating the space.

Covering: Upper East Side · Upper West Side · Midtown · Chelsea · Greenwich Village · Tribeca · Financial District · Harlem · Washington Heights

Small spaces, big windows

We shoot honest wide angles, keep verticals straight, and blend window exposures so the view and the room are both visible. Kitchens, baths and closets get detail shots; building amenities are added when the building allows.

Tell us at booking which common areas and amenities the building allows to be photographed.

Drone and airspace in Manhattan

Taking off or landing a drone anywhere in New York City requires an NYPD permit, applied for at least 30 days in advance, on top of FAA airspace authorization. Aerials in Manhattan are therefore a planned product, not a same-week add-on — ask us early if your listing needs them.

MLS-ready delivery

Most Manhattan agents list through REBNY’s RLS and the major portals. Files come in listing-ready sizes plus full-resolution and social versions. Manhattan pricing is on its own sheet — see our pricing page.

Manhattan questions

How do you handle doorman and co-op buildings?

Add the building’s access rules, elevator windows and contact to your booking notes. We schedule the shoot around them and photograph only the common areas the building allows.

Can you fly a drone for my Manhattan listing?

Only with planning. NYC requires an NYPD permit for drone takeoff and landing, applied for at least 30 days ahead, plus FAA authorization. Contact us early if aerials matter for the listing.

Is Manhattan pricing different?

Yes — Manhattan has its own price sheet that reflects building logistics. Both markets are on our pricing page and in the downloadable catalog.
