We shoot both, plus the one- and two-family homes in the Heights, West Side and Bayonne.
Units here are often compact, so the floor plan does a lot of the selling — buyers compare square footage and layout across dozens of similar listings before deciding which to see.

Condos, views and narrow rowhouses
In condo buildings we balance the window exposure so the skyline view and the room are both visible, and capture amenities the building allows. Send the building’s access rules and elevator times with your booking so the shoot fits the building’s schedule.
Brownstones and rowhouses are narrow and deep; we shoot along the length of each floor and recommend a floor plan per level so buyers understand the stack.
Drone and airspace in Jersey City & Hoboken
Much of the Hudson waterfront sits inside Newark Liberty’s Class B airspace, where many addresses have a zero-foot authorization ceiling and can’t be flown at all. We check each address before confirming and never promise waterfront aerials we can’t legally fly.

Yes. Send the building’s access rules with your booking and we’ll capture the unit plus any amenity spaces the building allows.
How do you show skyline views from the unit?
We blend exposures so the interior and the view through the windows are both properly exposed, without the fake-looking halo of over-processed HDR.
Can you fly a drone over the Jersey City waterfront?
Often not. Much of the waterfront is controlled airspace with zero-altitude authorization limits. We check every address and will tell you before booking if aerials aren’t possible.
